Shawn comes to Tedder Industries from Katadyn North America where he served as the President since 2011, transforming iconic brands and businesses to drive growth and increase profits.

Shawn is a graduate of Brigham Young University and, having spent 2 years abroad in Taiwan, is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Shawn spent his youth growing up in Colorado and has enjoyed a lifetime of experience in outdoor activities such as backpacking, skiing, cycling, hunting, fishing and shooting. Shawn is also deeply committed and has been involved heavily in youth outdoor programs like the Boy Scouts of America and Canyon Country Discovery Center.
